Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) Self-Defense
This Saturday, March 13th, we will meet at 10:30AM for the MMA Self-Defense class.
Schedule:
10:30 - 10:45 - general Warm-Up & Light Stretching
10:45 - 11:15 - Self-Defense
11:15 - 11:45 - Taekwondo (Techniques and Drills)
11:45 - 11:50 - Intense Cardio
11:50 - 12:00 - Cool - down stretching
Bring workout attire and shoes. This class is open to all ages and is FREE so inviting friends is encouraged!!! Besides a workout this is supposed to be fun so you are encouraged to go at your own pace and stop as often as needed!
I am looking for a volunteer to watch over the younger kids once they get tired, it would be greatly appreciated!!!!!
