Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) Self-Defense and Ball Time Saturday

This Saturday, August 21st, we will meet at 10:30AM for the MMA Self-Defense class.

Schedule:
10:30 - 10:45 - general Warm-Up & Light Stretching
10:45 - 11:15 - Self-Defense
11:15 - 11:45 - Taekwondo (Techniques and Drills)
11:45 - 11:50 - Intense Cardio
11:50 - 12:00 - Cool - down stretching

Bring workout attire and shoes. This class is open to all ages (I recommend ages 7 and up) and is FREE so inviting friends is encouraged!!! Besides a workout this is supposed to be fun so you are encouraged to go at your own pace and stop as often as needed!

If it does not rain and the weather is pleasant please bring athletic shoes as we will play soccer after the self-defense portion of the class. So from 11:15 we might be outside on the field.

If you are planning to bring kids that will require supervision please let me know in advance so I can arrange for someone to watch them when they feel they've had enough of the class
